1. Shipping Destinations
We ship IT products to customers within South Africa and internationally. Please note:
- Orders within South Africa are shipped nationwide to all provinces.
- International shipping is available to select countries. Contact us at admin@cargit.co.za to confirm if shipping is available to your destination.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:
Within South Africa:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for select areas on orders placed before 10:00 AM.
International Shipping:
- Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size of the order, and the delivery destination.
- Free shipping is available for domestic orders above [insert amount, e.g., R5,000].
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (South Africa Standard Time) on business days are processed the same day.

All shipments come with tracking numbers to monitor your package's progress. Use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email to check the status on the courier's website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- Some IT products may be restricted for shipping due to size, weight, or specific regulations in your country.
- Lithium batteries and other hazardous materials may require special handling or be restricted for international shipping.
